University Diploma in HR, Psychology, Sociology, Economics or HUMINT. Other internal/external HR certifications will be appreciated, especially in the field of organizational development and career management;
Foreign languages: fluent business level knowledge of English and Romanian is compulsory;
Expert computer user: Office Pack (especially Excel, Power Point and Word), internet/intranet, email, specific HR ERPs etc.;
Demonstrated proficiency in effectively gathering marketplace intelligence, expanding networks and creating future pipelines of qualified applicants.
Deep and broad understanding of the various skills required by the trades particularly in facility management and process maintenance.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communications skills and proven ability to build and maintain business partnerships.
Extensive experience in sourcing passive candidates, including networking and utilizing social media.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed.

Gives full corporate local support and accommodates the expatriated and/or temporarily detached employees (in the future).
Endeavors to detect weak signals in the team and/or in the market and in the competitive context to avoid personnel turnover with negative impact in the business continuity;
