We are an international software and development house located in the heart of Bucharest. A unique opportunity has emerged for a skilled and passionate Anti Money Laundering Compliance Officer to join our newly established Compliance department. The right candidate will play an important part of a team which handles a lot of interesting and challenging compliance projects for many different stakeholders.



Requirements:


Hard-Skills

- University degree in Law;
- At least 1 year experience as a AML Compliance officer;
- Experience with compliance and internal control procedures and frameworks as e.g. COSO is desirable;
- Capacity to write, research and develop processes and procedures;
- Understanding of legal landscapes in the field of iGaming is an advantage although not compulsory;
- Availability to travel abroad if needed;
- Fluency in English, including legal English;
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the contract management legal field.

- Provide support with regards to international and commercial contracts and subcontracts in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws, and customer requirements;
- Draft and/or amend contracts and agreements (with a focus on betting and gambling licensing and software service contracts);
- Responsible for tracking and monitoring contract changes, deliverables, correspondence and risks, maintaining associated documentation, advising on contract risk and issues, and other duties as may be assigned;
- Insure that all compliance and licensing procedures are respected;
- Assist the Legal team on matters relating to iGaming law;
- Advise the Account Management team with regards to negotiations of agreements and achieving licenses processes with customers;
- Support all internal stakeholders on a continuous basis with issues concerning iGaming industry specific regulations, procurement or human resources;
- Advisory on contract risks/issues, contract implementation, contract compliance;
- Handle all KYC (Know Your Client) forms and compliance requests and rules;
- Assist with compiling and reporting metrics and reports associated with EveryMatrix AML program.
