    Requirements

    Requirements:
    - Market best practices awareness;
    - Excellent networking and relationship - building skills;
    - Experience in using multiple sourcing channels;
    - Proven ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, balance project work with high-priority requests;
    - Flexibility, openness to change and new challenges;
    - Very good organization of work and ability to quickly adapt priorities to changing business requirements;
    - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
    - Ability to work with minimum supervision and meet tight deadlines with great attention to details;
    - Commitment and ownership attitude;
    - Able to work effectively and be flexible in a small team;
    - Fluent English communication skills (oral & written);
    - Good knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point.

    Educational Requirements:
    - University level preferred.

    Responsibilities

    POSITION PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF WORK:

    - Assess the current state of Capgemini brand presence and awareness in social media;
    - Research and specifically identify where candidates get their information about Capgemini;
    - Develop and implement social media solutions to strengthen our employer brand and create meaningful relationships with new talent populations;
    - Identify future platforms and tactics to extend our brand’s presence, including researching and presenting new sourcing strategies;
    - Create a roadmap which details strategy, execution (type, frequency, content, tone etc.), and tracking of social media content to the various channels;
    - Active support role in the recruiting process;
    - Participate pro-actively in all actions that are or need to be taken by the HR department.
