    Requirements

    - Fluency in French
    - Availability to work part time for 3 months
    - Knowledge of basic computer operations
    - Courteous with strong customer service orientation
    - Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills

    Responsibilities

    - Be courteous, friendly, and professional
    - Listen attentively to client's needs and concerns and demonstrate empathy
    - Resolve client's requirements through first contact resolution
