    Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

    Education:

    • University or equivalent work experience

    Language requirements:

    • English (B2 or above)
    • Any other foreign language is a plus
    Must have professional qualifications:
    • Has at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position in a technology multinational company
    • Has worked with SAP (finance, procurement, contract management modules)
    • Is proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite
    • Has experience in CSR, internal and/or external communication

    Responsabilitati

    Ensures timely and effective business support for the Technology vertical in Vodafone Shared Services Romania, in alignment with the centre’s strategy.

    Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

    • Handle all administrative intra-departmental activities
    • Prepare ad-hoc or standard reports (specific to Technology) requiring preparation of graphs, charts, and numerical tables from data which is either supplied or must be obtained from searching files and records
    • Act as single point of contact for Technology in offering support and operational data in matters related to team events, HR initiatives and programs, internal communication, through timely and effective engagement of the proper business stakeholders

    • Support the Technology department with:

    o Admin finance activities (shopping carts, purchase orders, reports, travel expenses)
    o Procurement activities
    o Monthly payroll assistance (provides accurate records and tracking data in order to ensure on time and proper transfers of information to payroll team that will impact wages and other benefits of employees)
    o Tracking of training records, T&E, contractor’s costs

    • Deal with all queries and forwarding to relevant departments when necessary
    • Perform any other reasonable tasks needed to maintain a high level of quality and performance throughout within Technology
