    Cerinte

    Un bagaj bogat de cunostinte tehnice – de preferat retelistica, sisteme de operare, tipuri de browser;
    Experienta in relatii cu clientii;
    Studii superioare finalizate / in curs;
    Cunoasterea limbii engleze la nivel mediu;
    Orientare catre solutii si client;
    Bune abilitati de comunicare si prezentare.

    Responsabilitati

    Preluarea apelurilor telefonice ale clientilor Vodafone;
    Asigurarea suportului tehnic clientilor, oferind solutii pliate pe problemele cu care se confrunta acestia;
    Oferirea informatiilor privind caracteristicile intregii game de produse si servicii;
    Procesearea reclamatiilor clientului.

    Alte informatii

    Beneficii:
    Training remunerat asigurat de compania client (8 ore/zi);
    O echipa unita si animata de mediul dinamic cu numeroase oportunitati de cariera;
    Un program de lucru part time, flexibil, in norma de 6 ore / zi.
