Gestionarea contactelor sosite de la consumatori conform procedurilor de comunicare ale companiei;
Identificarea naturii contactului, cat si solutionarea acestuia;
Redirectionarea solicitarilor catre persoanele responsabile;
Asigurarea ca fiecare consumator primeste informatiile solicitate;
Realizarea survey-urilor telefonice conform deciziei supervizorului.
