    Requirements

    Experience
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Customer Services environment, preferably with order management expertise
    • Must have completed Post Secondary education
    • Fluent in Russian and English
    • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team

    Responsibilities

    Key Deliverables:

    • Successful and timely booking and lifecycle handling of all PROJECT orders
    • Support EMEA Operations/Front Office with all required administration activities
    • Work within guidelines of Global policies and processes

    Responsibilities:
    • Customer Order Processing in Siebel/SAP
    • Opportunity booking in Siebel
    • Ensure good document control
    • Project Booking creation from Siebel to SAP
    • Requisitioning parts, materials, services etc ( SAP)
    • Expedite orders via supply chain
    •Goods receipt of orders on delivery
    • Invoice generation (attention to specific customer/country requirements)
    • SR closure in Siebel
    • Follow credit approval process (including dispute resolution)
    • Customer master data set up & management
    • Clear concise communications with local Sales, Operations & Front Office Admin.
