Job description:

* Design, implement and maintain Virtual Desktop Infrastructure for Client Services
* Design, implement and maintain Continental's Microsoft Deployment Toolkit environment
* Project coordination work and project related tasks in Client Services team
* Responsible for operational tasks & documentation within the Client Services area
* 3rd level support tasks for Client related topics, mainly related to Windows client operating systems

Job requirements:

* Knowledge management and knowledge transfer to local IT Administrator community
* Computer Science or equivalent studies minimum (Bachelor's Degree)
* Knowledge of IT related systems management (VMWare Products, -Workstation/Player View, Horizon, Mirage)
* Knowledge of Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT)
* Knowledge of virtual environments ( VMware ESX a plus)
* Knowledge of Microsoft OS Windows 7 /8.1; basic Ubuntu knowledge a plus
* Familiar with Directory Services (Microsoft Active Directory)
* Basic Network Services, DHCP; DNS
* Working knowledge of ITIL with respect to Incident and Change Management
* Well organized technical planning and problem-solving skills
* Coordination skills (customer/software vendor management)
* Have ability to creatively solve problems with minimal guidance, while maintaining a timely, cost effective approach
* High motivation to work in a challenging, global acting and multicultural team
* Fluent in English (German a plus)
