Internal Communication Specialist

Requirements:
Minimum 4 years experience in Communication or Journalistic field;
Relevant Experience in projects management (proven ability to manage projects on time, in full and within teams);
Proven Leadership capabilities;
Ability to develop and deliver employee engagement messages;
Good writing skills;
Excellent English knowledge;
Creativity, strong influencing skills, adaptability and emphaty;
Independent mind, excellent planning and organizing skills;
Great presentations skills (in English);
Positive, diplomatic attitude;

Main responsibilities:
Ensure and coordinate the internal communication flow, according to the Corporate Relations internal communication strategy;
Propose internal communication programs to engage employees to Company’s Goal and build Company Reputation;
Analyze feedback from employees and implement internal communication programs to engage and reward them;
Develop internal campaigns to support the focus brands activities/ image;
Coordinate the communication via internal communication channels and manage the project teams (Company Website, Infoline etc.);
Plan, organize and manage the internal communication events;
Write internal communication messages, internal magazine, internal presentations et.
Collaborate with another departments (HR, PR, Marketing, etc);
