    Requirements

    - Strong understanding of the activities in the near/offshore environment
    - Previous experience with procedures, rules and regulations
    - Customer service skills
    - A high level of business ethics which entails complying with certain internal procedures
    - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
    - Excellent communication to all levels of management
    - Mastery in English and advanced German skills
    - Strong team player
    - Experience with catalogue tool sand processes would be a plus
    - Logical and analytical thinking
    - Ability to work effectively in diverse, foreign and multi-cultural environments
    - Ability to cope with peak workloads and short deadlines

    Responsibilities

    - Work with all internal stake holders on a seamless deal product implementation process
    - Analyze requests to create/modify catalogue content and validate request against any appropriate business rules
    - Validate request against catalogue standards and system specific catalogue structure
    - Build/construct catalogue (File to upload / manual catalogues)
    - Timely Update relevant catalogue tools/systems
    - Coordinate and notify the release of the catalogue
    - Perform Catalogue reviews to monitor implementation of standards
    - Supports end to end business process, including execution of Change Management process activities
    - Address escalated catalogue management items
    - Understanding of hierarchical structures and dependencies
    - Communicate with the customer about the catalogue.
    - Take initiative to improve existing processes quality and cost-wise
    - Internal process compliance and adherence
    - External process compliance and adherence
    - Active involvement in maintaining the process documentation updated
    - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and high data accuracy
    - Ensure that established business control standards are applied to all engagements and fully compliant to audit requirements, thus assuring HP’s financial security
    - Complying with HP Code of Business Conduct
    - Good understanding and adherence to HP values
    - Good understanding and use of HP internal connections
    - Provide solutions and improve process using Excel knowledge
