Technical Project Manager

Requirements:

- University Degree, technical profile
- At least 5 years experience in technical activities coordination of minimum 8 months projects and 6 people teams
- Solid experience in minimum 3 projects in all system development life cycle activities: business analysis, requirement management, software design and development, implementation, testing , integration, support and maintenance
- Background in the areas of software development, database and system integration design is a plus
- Basic knowledge in areas of hardware and communication
- Good experience with the latest project management tools and methodologies
- Active interest in the project management field with related certifications (e.g. PMP, Prince) is a plus
- Experience in agile development is a plus
- Strong managerial and leadership skills
- Professional approach, excellent communications skills
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt easily to various business domains
- Fluent English is nice to have

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be involved in many software development projects, dealing directly with business users, vendors and customers to define current and future application requirements, while contributing in all phases of the development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities:

- Executes project management activities and associated deliverables according to approved Project Charter and in compliance with internal project management standards and methodologies, paying attention to schedule, budget, timeframe, scope and quality constraints.
- Conducts the activities related to the analysis, design, development, testing, integration, implementation and rollout of the technical solutions
- Directs the technical team
- Manages the project communication process
- Represents the company at a technical level in front of business partners, clients and providers
- Active involvement during the whole projects lifecycle: tender, project initiation, project planning, execution of the project plans (including resource management), monitoring and control (including performing change management, budget and risk management, maintenance), project closure
- Develops the project budget and manages the flow of income and expenses
- Validates at a technical level the procurement requests for hardware and software licenses
- Manages at a technical level the providers and subcontractors involved in delivery and integration
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects
- Contributes to project deliverables elaboration and integration
- Ensures quality control of the project deliverables
- Provides periodical status project reports and KPI analysis to stakeholders
