Job description:
The Project Manager will be working within the Sales Ops COE BI Delivery & Global Operations organization. This organization is responsible delivering a solid platform for WW business to work productively and effectively on. The team in which the Project Manager will be working is a professional and dedicated one, fully focused on creating innovative & complex solutions for each of the business needs and having spectacular achievements as result of high intention, sincere effort and skillful execution.
Manage the relationship and collaboration with business stakeholders to gather business requirements, supporting the design of new or improved BI solutions of medium to high complexity, and understand business/customer impact
Information Management Acumen; understand how company systems are structured; know how on databases and reporting applications and solutions.
Communicate decisions and plans, project status, issues and workarounds, in order to achieve project goals with your team and the relevant areas business stakeholders, functions, or regions
Requirements:
First-level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred
3-5 years of project management experience. PMP, PMI or other project management certification is a plus
Experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting
Experience in IT/business operations
Proficency in English
Strong business experience in multiple process areas with excellent project management and process development skills; ability to drive project management using industry standard quality improvements tools and concepts
In-depth knowledge of company operational processes, core company businesses and the revenue Sales cycle
Information Management Acumen; understand how company systems are structured; know how on databases and reporting applications and solutions.

Analyze and document process changes under content guidance of our Portfolio leads
Develop a framework to investigate how current reports will be impacted by process and source data changes
Providing summaries and documentation on investigation outcomes and present to the wider project community
