Roaming Manager

- Telco experience - in similar positions (min. 3 years);
- University degree (technical and/or economical studies are preferred);
- Capacity and availability to work in a dynamic, permanently changing environment;
- Excellent communication skills, pro-active, result-oriented;
- Team-work abilities; business vocabulary & dress code;
- Ability to work under stress conditions, while meeting deadlines and providing accurate reports;
- Abilities to build and maintain long-term relationships with the business partners;
- English fluency, both spoken and written;
- Valid “B” class driving license & availability for business trips.

The Roaming Manager is responsible for the overall coordination between various functions needed to accomplish roaming:
- Interface with every department within the company and have overall visibility of the status of roaming;
- Roaming contracts management;
- Handling the day-to-day contact with the roaming partners;
- Elaboration of pricing & commercial inter-operator activities;
- Actions to increase usage among the roamers, both inbound and outbound;
- Supervising the inter-network and billing testing pre-launch;
- Monitor resolution and /or escalating the technical problems;
- Same issues for other wholesale partners (i.e MVNOs).
