- Absolvent de studii superioare în domeniul ciberneticii sau IT (Politehnica, Cibernetică, Informatică, Tehnologia Informației sau Matematică)
- Experiență minimă de 1 an într-o pozitie similara
- Cunostinte de Java Script, HTML/CSS
- Cunoștințe de programarea calculatoarelor / dezvoltarea de aplicații software ( indiferent de limbajul de programare) - constituie avantaj
- Cunoștințe de baza de programare MS Office (Excel, Access, VBA) - constituie avantaj
- Cunoștințe privind bazele de date (MS SQL Server, ORACLE, MS Access, MySQL, etc.) - constituie avantaj
- Abilități de rezolvare a problemelor, implicare și dorință de dezvoltare personală, capacitatea de a lucra în echipă
- Atitudine deschisă și proactivă
- Cunostințe bune de limba engleză

- Programarea aplicațiilor de culegere a datelor pentru proiecte de cercetare de piata, folosind softuri specializate (SPSS Data Collection, NIPO)
- Crearea paginilor HTML, adaptate nevoilor clientilor nostri
- Integrarea mijloacelor audio-video pe chestionarele online
- Pregătirea bazelor de date pentru verificare și validare
- Administrarea bazelor de contacte și a altor baze necesare realizării studiilor de research
- Alte dezvoltări software necesare bunei desfașurari a activitaților in departament
