Requirements
- 5+ years implementing integration solutions with packaged or custom software
- Command of Service Oriented Architecture Concepts
- Java, .NET, EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT or other integration technologies Oracle, Salesforce, Netsuite, Taleo, PeopleSoft, SAP or other SaaS and On-Premise systems
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment and effectively collaborate across teams
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
Team player who will work across the organization and company to continue improving the way we serve our customers

Preferred Skills - Oracle OSB and SOA, Message Broker, Weblogic Server, WebSphere, WebMethods, or other middleware experience

We are recruiting consultants with experience in the areas of technical platforms, integration, storage management and database technologies to support the development of cost effective IT Infrastructures for our clients. We are also looking for people who can manage complex computing environments focusing on service management, systems and network management and change management. You will be part of a team responsible for delivering large-scale, complex projects that combine processes with technology to help our clients achieve their business objectives.

Responsibilities
- Analyzes/Documents technical requirements and processes
- Takes part in technology diagnosis and assessment activities
- Assists in conducting gap analysis between business requirements and application capabilities
- Develops a high level design which supports a robust technology solution, taking into accounts the user requirements, technical requirements
- Performs technology architecture, integration, data storage and infrastructure design activities
- Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to help clients resolve integration issues requiring in depth expertise in the solution
- Is the central point of contact for subject matter expertise and driving technical requirements and design
- Manages technology build, test and deployment activities
- Manages end to end system integration activities via project lifecycles
- Understands and articulates technical issues in business terms and vice-versa.
- Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
- Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure client’s timelines are met. Provide guidance to clients or service partners on integration strategies.
- Will manage the scope, issues risks, economics, and status communications. Accountable and responsible for solution delivery.
