Hosting Implementation Coordinator with GERMAN

• Experience of managed services / web hosting environment;
• Experience of supporting projects that span multi-disciplinary geographically spread teams;
• An ability to work under pressure, multitask and deliver timely and accurate work packages;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Excellent written and vocal communication skills;


Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Advanced GERMAN skills;
• Educated to at least GCSE A grade ;
• Project management experience ;
• Testing and troubleshooting coordination on large scale IT infrastructures.

• Manage customer relationship, exceeding the expectations of customers by ensuring all Vodafone products, services & service changes are delivered to customers exact requirements;
• Single point of entry for all customer and Internal Orders & Service Change requests;
• Responsible for the progress of orders and the management of the customer relationship through the end to end provisioning process;
• Manage 3rd party suppliers on the ordering and delivery;
• Understands project shortcomings and pro-actively pursues solutions;
• Governance and control of Hosting Implementation internal systems including reporting and management;
