    Requirements

    - Student or Graduate
    - Good communication, written and oral - Fluent in French and English
    - Good Client handling skills
    - PC Literate
    - Willing to perform repetitive activities
    - Problem solving and analysis skills
    - Self-Motivated, positive attitude and approach
    - Flexibility to take on additional responsibility and tasks when required.
    - Accepts responsibility as an individual and works well within a team
    - Experience in HR is a plus

    Responsibilities

    - Search/Edit/Post/Repost jobs and job description using various client’s tools.
    - Confirm interview schedule, track accepts/declines and work with the Recruiter and interview team to find replacements when necessary.
    - On actual interview day, provide as needed rescheduling and room booking support.
    - Facilitate contacting and scheduling candidates for large interviewing events. Provide communication on candidate response, accept, and decline status.
    - Facilitate communications with Recruiters to resolve candidate questions and notify Recruiters of any potential candidate declines to interview.
    - Review candidate’s travel itinerary for accuracy & communicate with travel team as necessary, raising any concerns early if travel is not adequate or there are errors.
    - Send final email confirmation to the interview team.
    - Coordinate training material updates
