    Requirements

    - Technical Competencies (must have) :

    1. At least 5 years of Experience in Payroll Processing ( French preferable)
    2. Should have worked with HR process outsourcing (helpdesk, payroll etc)
    3. Knowledge of global HR policies & Practices
    4. Proficiency in French and English in business context

    - Technical Competencies (Good to have):

    1. Ability to work in a global HR environment. Exposure to different geographies.
    2. Ability to ensure appropriate and efficient case resolution
    3. Exposure to various HR tools & technology
    4. Transition of new processes and system implementation
    5. Process flow mapping with aid of business tools
    6. Process Documentation and creation of operational procedures

    Responsibilities

    1. This position will be responsible for managing multiple teams working within a particular function or will manage multiple functions (Functions — HR Admin, Payroll, Time Management etc.)
    2. Will be responsible for Process Documentation and Updates
    3. Stakeholder interaction- will interact with client Function Head (e.g. Payroll, Time Management, HR Admin etc. as the case may be), Client SMEs and Process Experts.
    4. Responsibilities- End to End case management of cases , service excellence ( meeting KPIs, SLAs), stakeholder satisfaction, process improvement, issue analysis and resolution, process and resource optimization, interaction with SMEs
    5. Managing Teams for different European countries and maintaining employee satisfaction.
    6. Develop and implement strategies to attain optimum results in processing accurately and customer satisfaction
    7. Ensure excellent customer service is achieved
    Drive consistency and accuracy to deliver on-time results
    8. Identify trends and process gaps
    9. Simplify processes and eliminate unnecessary steps
    10. Educate and develop associates for better performance
    11. Plan and guide development of team members
    12. Ensure accurate measurement and reporting procedures are in place
    13. Engage with client SMEs to ensure appropriate and efficient case resolution
    14. Provide guidance, clarification and interpretation of company policy
    15. Proficient in HR database applications (Workday) preferred) and Microsoft applications to resolve customer issues
    16. Management of SLA / KPIs
