    Cerinte

    Studii superioare finalizate;
    Experienta anterioara pe un rol similar (minimum un an si jumatate);
    Abilitati foarte bune de comunicare, organizare si planificare;
    Abilitati de leadership si evaluare de performante;
    Atentie la detalii si orientare catre solutii in conformitate cu dificultatile intampinate;
    Limba engleza la nivel mediu spre avansat;
    Cunostinte avansate MS Office.

    Responsabilitati


    Conducerea si planificarea personalului;
    Participarea activa in procesul de recrutare si selectie al personalului;
    Realizarea activitatilor operative din magazin;
    Organizarea corespunzatoare din zona de marfa;
    Formarea continua a angajatilor filialei, promovarea si evaluarea acestora;
    Analizarea vanzarilor inregistrate, a rentabilitatii spatiilor si a datelor privind marfa depozitata;
    Analizarea gamei de produse sub aspectul calitatii, cantitatii, preturi si dimensiuni;
    Realizarea propunerilor de optimizare;
    Mentinerea imaginii interne si externe a filialei;
    Monitorizarea activa a concurentei;
    Reprezentarea intreprinderii fata de terte persoane.
