    Requirements:

    Education: Academic level
    Experience, Skills & Competencies:
    - English proficiency
    - Experience in a multinational environment
    - Experience configuring and troubleshooting VOIP services from call manager to endpoints (fixed, mobile, soft) including gateways
    - Desirable to have a minimum of 1,5 years technical experience in the following technologies: IMS — (CSSF, HSS, DNS, SBC); CUCM — (Call manager, Dial plan, Unity, Presence)

    Must have technical / professional qualifications:
    - Good understanding of the following technologies: IP networking, GSM, GPRS, 3G/ UMTS LTE
    - Good understanding of the following signalling protocols: SIP, SS7, SIGTRAN,MAP

    Desirable competencies, knowledge and experience:
    - CCNA
    - Good knowledge of Windows or Unix Scripting, routing protocols (BGP / OSPF)
    - Understanding and operational experience of hosting solutions — VMWARE / Vcenter
    - Good understanding of ITIL methodology

    Responsabilitati

    Role purpose:

    Provide and operate Vodafone’s latest technology services of unified communications / voice over IP solutions for global enterprise customers. Ensure high availability and optimal performance of all aspects of customer’s services. Constantly improve and optimize existing ways of working and deliver cost efficient services of high quality.

    Key - Responsibilities:

    - Perform monitoring and troubleshooting activities for customer services, using available tools. (1.5 Line Support)
    - Accurately classify, diagnose, and resolve platform and services incidents at first line.
    - Notifying customers of service affecting events and alarms. Prepare major incident reports for use by problem and incident management.
    - Collaborate with colleagues in technical specialist roles to resolve complex technical incidents.
    - Working to defined service level agreements and key performance indicators.
    - Assisting in the building of knowledge and skills throughout the team and to work to continuously improve service to customers.
    - The role operates on a shift pattern, 8h x 3, to cover 24/7.
