SAP Process System Analyst (APO, IM)

- University degree or equivalent;
- 3 - 5 years of experience in SAP APO module (DP/SNP/PPDS);
- 2+ years of experience in SAP Inventory management module and Business Intelligence applications;
- Fluent in written and spoken English;
- Capable of working in an multinational environment;
- Business-oriented, target-focused, capable of working under time pressure.

- Acts as a service provider to implement the approved process changes;
- Participates in implementation of business projects where appropriate, ensuring alignment of changes to the GRM as necessary;
- Provides expertise in APO and partly IM/BI to support the daily operations and effective performance of the business solution with a focus on critical/complex incidents & significant change/service request delivering timely and quality solutions to users while at the same time ensuring that they utilize the full application potential;
- He/she is the expert on APO, coaching and helping the process/application analysts in the configuration/customization of the associated application modules;
- He/she is the point of contact between his/her specific process areas and the Power Users, keeping them up-to-date and knowledgeable of the systems and business processes/best practices;
- Assist the Business/ Process Expert in redesigning or adapting business processes to a change request. Ensure the alignment of the request to the GRM;
- Maintain up to date appropriate documentation in his/her scope of responsibility this includes BPMLs, Process flows, Enterprise structure and CC operational procedures;
- Working together with power users on documenting the processes from a business perspective;
- Working together with the project team and the process/business Expert on documenting the processes from a technical perspective;
- He/she takes a permanent effort in keeping the End Users up-to-date and knowledgeable of the systems and business processes / best practices;
- Provides knowledge transfer and best practices (global processes) to end- users through support/change request resolution.
