- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong communication, negotiation and client relationship management skills

- Ability to organize and plan effectively and to priorities tasks in order to manage multiple activities and meet deadlines

- Receiving groups request (from clients around the World) on a daily basis, prioritizing this work accordingly to deadlines and start working on each booking.
- Negotiating with suppliers according to the sales requirements either by e-mail or telephone to make a reservation
- Being fully responsible for the successful commercial outcome of every booking, taking daily decisions on mark-ups, properties, extra services and the correct operation of the booking once it has been confirmed
- Focusing in maintaining good relationships with existing clients and obtaining new group business
