Skills required:

- Bachelor of Engineering, Oil & Gas or other technical profile university;
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in contract management;
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in oil & gas, energy, civil construction or infrastructure projects;
- Good command of English — speaking / reading / writing;
- Good knowledge of the tendering process (public, restricted etc.)
- Good knowledge of various types of contracts E, P, EP, EPCC, EPCM etc. of (Fixed Price, Reimbursable, Time & Material)
- Good command of MS Office Package

- Contract Management Software (Primavera Contract Management etc.)

- Provide project contract engineering assistance to project team(s) in terms of developing the project supply plan, handling the relationship with the contractors, ensuring compliance with all the contractual clauses, and monitoring the key performance indicators set in contracts and the resolution of any changes to minimize the probability of having legal disputes (claims) during the project(s) life cycle

- Develop & implement processes, procedures and work instructions (e.g. Project Supply Plan, Change & Claims Management Procedure) in accordance with the company organizational process assets — guideline, business process to ensure compliance with the required quality level.
