    Requirements

    Fluency in English
    Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing

    Good level of knowledge of MS Office tools.

    Responsibilities

    Schedule candidate interviews (in-person / phone / web or video conference):
    Reserve conference rooms as needed through departmental admins or online
    Set up web conferences as needed through Beehive online
    Order catering as required (i.e. lunch or breakfast)
    Correspond in a professional and timely fashion with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and their admins
    Close the loop with all parties as meetings are scheduled; confirm meetings with Outlook invites as appropriate; place meetings on recruiter’s calendars; be able to update all parties on scheduling status as needed
    Provide hiring managers and EA’s with candidate resumes, phone numbers, etc.
    Provide candidates with all necessary meeting details including names/titles/bios of those with whom they are meeting; phone numbers, address, instructions for arrival. etc.
    Request the creation of all candidate travel profiles online. Book flights / hotels / sedans for all M7 level and above candidates. Guide M6 level candidates and below through the online reservation process so they can book their own flights and hotels (we make their sedan reservations). Request flight upgrade permission when appropriate.
    For each candidate, request a Supplier ID, create the non-employee expense report template and send to them for completion in a timely fashion.
    Resume formatting:
    Put the candidate’s raw resume into the standardized Oracle template (which will be provided)
    May be required to input additional information found on the internet (i.e. professional bios, LinkedIn web address, photos, etc.), or, may need to format the LinkedIn profile when no resume is readily available
    Proof read and edit resumes carefully to ensure proper grammar, spelling and consistency across all documents
