    Requirements

    Ideal Candidate:

    Advanced level of Hungarian ( C1 level for speaking,writting,undertanding)
    2+ years of supervisory/management experience in BPO sales projects (inside sales, retention, renewals, etc)
    Experience in supervising teams of minimum 7 agents.
    2+ years proven consultative sales and business development experience with proven track record of achieved targets.

    Proven leadership skills
    Highly analytical, with a track record of being a strong problem solver, capable of translating analysis and insights into strategic business plans.
    Good knowledge of motivational tools in order to keep the good spirit within the team.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Ability to learn quickly and handle complexity, change and ambiguity
    Proven technical ability with customer-relationship management programs(salesforce.com)
    Successful track record in recruiting and hiring top talent
    Passion and knowledge of traditional and digital media and its competitive landscape

    Responsibilities

    Key Responsabilities:

    You will be responsable to coordinate the activities of 8 highly ambitious Inside Sales Agents in order to bring them to their maximum potential .
    Strive to maximize department revenue and meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
    Coach, train, develop and assist in career development at the individual and team level
    Regularly monitor individual productivity metrics on call volume, call duration, standing appointments and other relevant productivity metrics
    Develop and monitor performance plans to include developing action plans based on daily, weekly and monthly analysis of all performance metrics
    Assist with hiring and workforce planning
    Continuously analyze and evaluate departmental productivity and identify opportunities for improvement of systems and processes
    Work to build a team environment with strong morale, positive energy, consultative and a goal-oriented culture.
