- Minimum 1 year of experience in working for a multi-national company (AR/AP/GL/Distributions, Manufacturing).
- Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards or Oracle EBS.
- Experience in developing or supporting web applications or EDI processes is a plus but not required.
- College/University degree from Computer Science or Business Administration.
- Advanced German and English Language skills.

- Provide ERP Support.
- Act as the primary liaison between German-speaking business users and the technical staff.
- Consult with the business users to identify, define, and document the cause of reported issues.
- Propose and implement solutions to issues, or escalate as appropriate.
- Documents and tracks changes for functional and business specifications for both training and future support needs.
- Participate in user acceptance testing for modifications to system functionality.
- Prepare reports according to client requirements, consolidating information into a cohesive format
- Actively participate in cross-functional virtual teams as required to identify, investigate, and resolve business issues.
