- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing or other related field. Or equivalent work experience of five or more years.
- +5 years of related experience in working in a Teamcenter Engineering / PLM environment
- Confident in skills required to install, administrate and troubleshoot Teamcenter and related modules.
- Experience with desktop operating systems, including Exchange/Outlook and Windows Office products
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Any other European language is a plus

- Support Teamcenter Installations for over 10 Business Units located Globally
- Maintain SLA Service level expectations by tracking and completing tasks in HP Service Desk Software
- Teamcenter Client Administration for Engineering Application Support
- Troubleshooting Installation and Application Problems
- On-Site Customer Interaction; App Support, Problem Solving, Training, Manufacturing Data Support
- Satisfy all Stage Gate requirements for the Corporate IT Project Lifecycle (ITPLC) methodology
- Open communication and knowledge share with GTc Team members and Customers
- Limited support of CAD Integrations with Teamcenter (NX Integration, SEEC, IPEM)
- Training End Users on Corporate PLM Practices
- Support Application Maintenance Releases
- Support Major Version Upgrades
- Support Clients Environments
