Business Controller

For our client, a multinational company, we are looking for a Business Controller position.

Requirements:
- 3-4 years experience in a similar position in a multinational company, in industry or commerce activity
- Exposure to commercial issues intercompanies - exports, imports, sales, dicounts, rebates
- Economic University Studies, with Diploma
- Management accounting and minimum IFRS knowledge. Local accounting knowledge is a plus
- General computer skills: MS Office: good level of Excel and Powerpoint; Word;
- ERP usage knowledge: SAP/ Business Warehouse reporting tools is a plus
- Very good level of English speaking/writing
- Good communication abilities and able to relate to the other colleagues in different positions and external auditors
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight dead-lines
- Good capacity to quickly understand and learn business processes
- Proactive and curious person.

Responsibilities:
- Able to analyze and control data in the financial accounting system (SAP) in terms of P&L and Balance Sheet
- Able to identify and manage risk through the development of effective measures that can be taken to minimize and offset it.
- Able to draw up reports to analyze sales and margins; different types of costs and variance analysis.
- Able to develop short/medium/long term financial plans: Strategic plans, Budget, Forecast.
- Able to understand in detail the business processes
- Able to relate accounting data to real operation performance indicators
