    Requirements

    We are looking for a colleague with multitasking abilities, who is currently working in a staffing environment and is wishing to progress into a key client management role. Ideally you have a minimum of 1-2 years experience and you gathered your recruitment and selection experience (inhouse and/or agency) in a fast-paced environment.
    In order to manage the diversity inter-cultural recruitment projects, you need to be fluent in English; additional German languages would be advantageous. In addition, you will need to be a confident communicator, who can build up excellent relationships with candidates and clients.
    Also it will be necessary for you to have experience in Direct Sourcing in technology sector (IT& production), expertise in candidate sourcing, including internet and off line database searches. Of course the networking skills / Social Networking knowledge it’s a must.

    Responsibilities

    - Proactively manage the recruitment process from the requirements to placement with a focus on the direct sourcing of the highest quality talent
    - Implement new initiatives relating to candidate attraction
    - Manage comprehensive and timely feedback to candidates
    - Utilize available technology to track and monitor all the recruitment activities
    - Qualify vacancy with the Customer, agreeing shortlist criteria, screening criteria and interview process
    - Establish the appropriate recruitment method to source the best candidates ensuring the relevant client recruitment targets are met
    - Pre-screen candidates for the shortlist and, where required, long lists
    - Interviewing the candidates and preparing them for the next interviews with the client
    - Assisting the managers in highlighting strengths and weaknesses of short-listing and providing support to managers interviewing candidates
    - Achieve Customer Satisfaction and keep a good relationship with the candidates
    - Manage the offer process for successful candidates
    - Close the recruitment project
