For our Engineering Location Timisoara we search for an experienced HW engineer to join our Powertrain Engine Systems department. As a Hardware Engineer for Solenoid Injector Driver, as part of the Electronic Platform team you will contribute to the development of the electronics for the newest technology in internal combustion engines, based on direct injection. Your main responsibilities will include:

* Design and verification of Circuit Module concepts
* Check fulfillment of requirements
* Design Peer Review: Review technical aspects of the circuit module with a peer, to approve the maturity of the development.
* Support integration of circuit module into engine control units for passenger and commercial vehicles and different engine configuration (3, 4 or 6 cylinders engine)
* Review Engine Control Units verification and qualification results
* Create VERIFICATION/VALIDATION Plan and setup test bench
* Lab measurement and documentation of results
* Support ASIC Design during ASIC verification, validation
* Power components (MOSFETS, DIODES) selection and qualification
* Finalize Circuit Module Documentation. A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

* +2 years as previous HW design experience and/or very good knowledge of power electronics design
* University degree in Electronics
* Good communication, team work, analyzing and learning abilities.
