The Engine Control Unit (ECU) used in Engine Management is the most powerful computer on most cars. Here you will work in customer projects teams for different customers like Renault, Ford, Peugeot, Audi, VW or generic platform projects for Gasoline multiport injection, Gasoline solenoid direct injection system on different functionalities who manage the engine: airpath, injection, ignition, knock, Diagnostic services, CAN communication.

As a Software Developer and Support Engineer you will be responsible for:
* Configure reprogramming sessions based on a filled in template
* Add certain batches for reprogramming tasks;
* Test of functionalities introduced by the session;
* Prepare release documents;
* Report to Reprogramming Project Manager in case of technical issues;
* Show proactively and passion for quality in each activity you perform; In a large team working together for customer projects, we create the frame for your further personal development in project coordination, based on your performance. This will give you the chance to learn and gain an overview over engine management system. A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.

* Bachelor's Degree in Control or System Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Informatics
