    Requirements

    • Fluency in English is mandatory, German is a big advantage and any other language is appreciated;
    • Service oriented with excellent analytical skills;
    • Experience in report design, desirable in ComponentOne Report Designer or MS Access;
    • Good knowledge of Microsoft O¬ce, especially Microsoft Word mail merge;
    • Very good knowledge of MSSQL, creating and understanding complex queries, user-defined functions, views and stored procedures;
    • Experience in Visual Studio 2012 and SVN appreciated;
    • Experienced in communication with clients, preferably in an IT role with excellent verbal & written communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Primarily the creation, customization and testing of:
    • Reports with the ComponentOne designer;
    • Mail merge templates with Microsoft Word;
    • Workflow scripts with the individual script language of our internally developed IP Management Software.
    • Secondarily:
    • 1st and 2nd level support for our software clients;
    • 1st level support for internal hardware issues in Bra ov;
    • Installation of software updates;
    • Communication with clients;
    • Creating database reports.
    • Close cooperation with our development and customer support teams in Luxembourg
