The role of the Accounts Payable Team is to ensure smooth flow of External and Intercompany supplier invoices for approval by the respective budget holders. Various controls are performed by the Accounts Payable Team to ensure all invoices are valid and correctly approved and have the correct master data.

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Junior Analyst with Italian (5480BR), which means that you will:

• Ensure all invoices and Travel & Expenses claims are processed within Service Level Agreement;
• Adherence to Accounts Payable controls and to procedure manuals;
• Invoice flow to be kept within Service Level Agreement or escalated to Accounts Payable Team Leader/ Manager;
• Daily/ weekly/ monthly Rota duties to be completed to deadline dependent on task.

If you have:

• English and Italian (spoken and written) business level as a minimum;
• Strong numerical skills;
• Ability to communicate at all levels and apply high professional standards;
• Good analytical skills;
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure;
• Coordination and planning abilities.
