Requirements:
 Excellent design and artistic skills;
 Excellent communication skills � English language;
 Ability to work and integrate well into a team;
 Minimum 2 years experience in graphic design work for web (not print);
 Fluent skills in modern versions of Photoshop;
 Fluent skills in Illustrator or other vector graphics software (e.g. Corel);
 Basic knowledge and understanding of CSS and HTML;
 Experience with layout design on a grid system e.g. 960gs.

Nice to have:
 Demonstrable experience in web based applications UI design;
 A good understanding of UX and best practices;
 A good understanding and knowledge of how to optimize graphic deliverables for developers to ensure best website load times;
 In depth knowledge of file formats, png, gif, jpeg, creation of sprite graphics;
 Experience in working with multiple language sites;
 Demonstrable experience in creating brand identity for complete web presence from:
 Website Front End;
 User Dashboards / Control Panels;
 Client administration user interfaces;
 Multiple format icons;
 Social web design including Facebook, Twitter, Google+ YouTube covers and deliverables.

 Designing, developing and updating the web sites using graphic design skills;
 Interacting with users to understand requirements;
 Creating graphics, multimedia and design templates for web sites;
 Testing new technologies for inclusion in web site design.
