Knowledge:
- Working with office software, being familiar with Internet, also working according to procedures for situation management and problem solving;
- Windows in depth troubleshooting (error messages, improving performance, tweaking system);
- Windows directory structure;
- Windows registry structure;
- File Systems (FAT and NTFS);
- Configuring Windows Services;
- Firewall and Anti-Virus programs usage (installation, configuration and use);
- Windows AD, networking (basic knowledge) - ESM
- Spoken and written English language (advanced / fluent).
It will be a plus:
- MCSE Certification
