Telecom Invoice Analyst

-High school graduated (profile informatics or economics is an advantage);
-Student or graduated technical profile is a plus;
-Proficient in English;
-General computer operation skills: Windows, Internet etc.
-Proficiency in programs, such as: Excel, Word, Outlook
-SQL, XML and other programming knowledge are a plus.
-Telecom experience would be highly appreciated;
-Reliable and punctual;

-Operates Asentinel software for balancing/correcting/scanning/importing EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) or paper invoices that failed the automated import process.
-Develops invoice Templates and add new Vendors
-Solves application issues opened by customers, operating a ticketing application
-Communicate with US mother company/clients in English.
-Depending on the skills and experience the candidate could be assigned to Provide Outsources Telecom Management Services (BPO) to customers using Asentinel software
