Provides research, factual information, counseling and guidance for the non-complex legal questions or issues, offering support to the senior legal advisor; Contributes to the issue analysis - identifies legal problems; Prepares the memoranda and the legal documents drafts; Examines specific documents for legal sufficiency; Receives assignment from senior legal advisor; Assists in the preparation of litigation cases by reviewing the complex documents related to transactions in which the company will participate; Prepares legal advice for several commercial sections of the company (also for administrative matters related to personnel, property leases, etc); Research of statues, regulations, and court decisions; Undertakes basic legal work and prepares reports.

University Degree, Law School - strong knowledge of Civil Code and Labor Law English language - advanced German language - is a plus
