    Requirements

    -Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuary, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
    -Experience in general insurance industry represents advantage, but it is not mandatory
    -Advanced level PC literacy, particularly Excel (incl. Excel VBA) and SQL
    -MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Access and PowerPoint skills
    -Fluent English
    -Good communication skills
    -Team player
    -Ability to work in international environment
    -Ability to work under pressure
    -Availability for traveling abroad if required

    Responsibilities

    Job Role: Provide analytical and project support as directed by Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty Claims (AGCS) Portfolio Intelligence & Coordination (Claims PI&C) – including but not limited to data collection, reconciliation and analysis, project documentation & testing.

    Key responsibilities:

    •Set-up, document and run claims procurement data collection & reporting process:
    -Collection of data from assignment letters/e-mails and combining it with data from selected Claims applications
    -Data plausibility checks/quality assurance
    -Quarterly analysis on procurement data and compilation of quarterly procurement report

    •Document and run Major Loss Reporting (MLR) data collection & reporting:
    -Collect data from various sources (systems, local files, e-mails) into a single database
    -Data quality assurance & validation
    -Support Claims PI&C team with data analysis and compilation of monthly MLR report

    •Document and run Global Claims Report data collection & reporting:
    -Collect data from selected Claims application
    -Data quality assurance & validation
    -Support Claims PI&C team with data analysis and compilation of a quarterly Global Claims Report

    •Project assistance as directed by AGCS Claims PI&C to achieve the following objectives:
    -Writing documentation (user manuals, technical documentation)
    -Assisting in user acceptance testing
    -Any other objectives as set from time to time by AGCS Claims PI&C

    •Support other Claims Reporting initiatives, e.g: Claims Board Report, CAT Report, etc.
