- BS/BA degree, or equivalent, with emphasis on Marketing, Sociology, Math, Statistics.
- Understanding of basic statistics.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good level of English language (writing, reading, and speaking).
- Knowledge about Access, SPSS or SAS is a plus.
- Familiarity with online panels and sample methodology is a plus.

- Understands basic sampling theory concepts.
- Efficiently use the available tools for pulling sample and manipulating data.
- Checks the sampling reports to guarantee quality of sample provided.
- Suggests alternative solutions for obtaining the best representative sample according to client needs.
- Computes the sample size.
- Processes the client supplied databases.
