- Fluency in English and German
- Computer proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and communications skills
- Ability to present results in an accurate and timely manner
- Attention to details
- Previous experience in sales support roles and database administration is highly preferred
- Operating knowledge of a CRM software is an advantage
- Team worker

- Be actively involved in the proposal process (know and communicate terms and conditions, collect and transmit CVs of assigned resources, analyze proposals etc)
- Create and maintain accounts in the master data
- Perform sales support activities: mailing, organize meetings, market research for business proposals, create and deliver PowerPoint presentations
- Collaborate with other local and international teams in order to collect, analyze and deliver data for client proposals
