Process Associate AP/AR - Shared Services

Key requirements/ Skills/ Experience:

Required Education
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and regulatory reporting
- University degree in economics, finance or related field
- Strong knowledge of the SAP FI system
- Fluent English or fluent German,
- Good communication skills

Required Experience

- Several years of experience in an accounting department
- Very good experience with SAP FI/ECCS accounting systems
- Experience in foreign currency handling in SAP

- Preparation of monthly/quarterly and year end closing (IFRS/German GAAP) in accordance with the AMOS SE reporting calendars
- Perform independent preparation general accountings tasks (provision of pension funds and other) according to IFRS and German GAAP
- Reconciliation of different accounts
- Preparation of VAT declaration forms
- Reconciliation of Intra company accounts
- Continuous enhancement of data quality
- Customer focus, keep customers informed and provide applicable information
