    Requirements

    - Able to master the support of the customers
    - Sufficient technical background and knowledge so as to provide successful support with confidence
    - Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software
    - Basic knowledge of PHP, MySQL, DNS, FTP, SSH, mail, ASP, MSSQL, Apache, Cpanel, Windows, Linux
    - Able to listen and understand clients' needs accurately and quickly,
    - Good oral and written communication skills,
    - Good presentation skills,
    - High energy and positive attitude;
    - Capacity to handle multiple tasks
    - Problem solving abilities;
    - Able to work in shifts; (mandatory)
    - Fluency in English (mandatory)
    - Experience in a call center or a customer service related area is an advantage

    Responsibilities

    - Survey problems that are brought to his attention by customers
    - Solve the technical problems that were brought to his attention by customers
    - Explain technical information in an easy to understand manner
    - Report the problems
    - Seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems
    - Follow up with customers and other persons involved to ensure complete customer satisfaction
    - Provides support to carry out OS installations and configurations on servers following existing procedures.
    - Follow security measures and procedures at all times, for the protection of the customer and company.
    - Help verify and modify the work procedures and technical solutions
