    Requirements

    - Student or Graduate
    - Good Client handling skills
    - Good communication, written and oral - Fluent in English and Turkish
    - PC Literate
    - Willing to perform repetitive activities
    - Problem solving and analysis skills
    - Self-Motivated, positive attitude and approach
    - Flexibility to take on additional responsibility and tasks when required.
    - Accepts responsibility as an individual and works well within a team

    Responsibilities

    Interview loop creation, management & Communication
    - Confirm interview schedule, track accepts/declines and work with the Recruiter and interview team to find replacements when necessary.
    - Review candidate�s travel itinerary for accuracy & communicate with travel team as necessary, raising any concerns early if travel is not adequate or there are errors.
    - Send final email confirmation to the interview team
    - On actual interview day, provide as needed rescheduling and room booking support.
    - Facilitate communications with Recruiters to resolve candidate questions and notify Recruiters of any potential candidate declines to interview.
    - Facilitate contacting and scheduling candidates for large interviewing events. Provide communication on candidate response, accept, and decline status
    - Search/Edit/Post/Repost jobs and job description using various client�s tools

    Admin activities
    - Candidate Expense Reimbursement: Check all submitted expense reports for accuracy, including account numbers, cost centers, fraudulent charges, and receipts.
    - Reject/accept reports as needed in compliance with client's candidate expense policy and/or direction from client Staffing
    - Document creation: Create offer letter, initiate visa/relocation support, triage IT issues with business and drive to closure, track, document and resolve problems per agreed timeframes, provide process and technical troubleshooting and support to worldwide staffing users and partners

    Staffing Orientation
    - Update training materials for Staffing Orientation
    - Coordinate training material updates.
