    Responsibilities

    We are looking for an Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. The candidate will be a self starter, driven, independent thinker with commitment to quality and continuous improvement and results orientated.

    Role purpose: The role is to take on the responsibility for Governance of our bookings that are logged in Salesforce for our ITO Business. The candidate will be working with both the UK and Germany Account Managers and would need to be able to read and understand all documents uploaded into Salesforce and also to be able to decipher complex cost models and have a good understanding of sales accounting.

    Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
    •Information data entry and query: this is required in the following systems; Forecasting, SOP, POP, Finance, Contracts Management, email.
    •Constant communication: communicate quickly and effectively to resolve day to day problems arising out of the functions described above. Communication includes working with members of the all departments outlined above and includes; collaborative working on physical documents, email and telephone. The vast majority of this communication needs to be undertaken via email.
    •Information reconciliation and cross checking: information is contained in different systems (with different skills and familiarity required to obtain this information) and must be cross referenced to ensure accuracy for management reporting and inter-company reporting.
