    Former Xerox Customer Care Services, as well as other former Xerox Services companies, will continue its activities as Conduent, Inc.     Requirements

    • Language skills, fluency in English and French (minimum B2 level)
    • Good communication skills and customer focus
    • Multi-tasking and adaptability
    • Fast learner
    • Sustained work capacity
    • Computer skills (fast user) and MS Office package knowledge.

    Responsibilities

    • In-bound calls from employees mostly about log-in and navigational inquiries for Workday and LMS
    • Respond to e-mail inquiries, e-mail support is English only
    • Callers can also leave messages via voicemail; our new colleague would also have to respond to voicemails and call the customer back
    • They will also do High Volume Recruiting (manual encoding work)
