    Requirements

    - A minimum degree in commerce/finance/economics/statistics/accounting (equivalent of Bachelor’s degree).
    - Excellent in MS Office Tools (Excel , Word, Access and Power point).
    - Fluent in verbal English and in written communication.
    - Ability to work under strict deadlines and balancing workload demands.
    - Self-starter and self-finisher with high energy level.
    - Quickly adapts to changing circumstances.

    Responsibilities

    - Support Ad Hoc systems and data requests from Sales, Finance, Marketing, Quality and ISC teams.
    - Pulling of reports from various sources including, but, not limited to: SAP, BI, BO, Hyperion Financial Management, Salesforce.com and other business reporting tools.
    - Analytical support to functional leaders (Sales, Finance, Marketing, Quality, and ISC).
    - Creation and maintenance of customer master data as well as material master data for finished and semi-finished products, raw materials and vendor master data according to established standards.
    - Work collaboratively with other functions to ensure master data related issues are resolved and objectives are met.
    - Contribute to the definition of S&C-wide data definitions, terminology, data quality and business rules.
    - Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring requirements are identified and met in a timely fashion.
    - Identify areas of opportunity for master data improvements; research, test, evaluate, and recommend master data maintenance procedures to meet changing company needs.
    - Write, revise and verify standard operating procedures and other documentation for process design & evaluation, training, etc.
    - Analyze and solve master data problems and provide support for efficient daily operations.
    - Support various SAP implementation projects by representing the function to ensure continued alignment between global and local master data teams. Support project teams during data cleansing and migration activities.
    - Provide training on master data management processes and concepts.
    - Support system development activities by assisting in requirements gathering, the drafting of test scripts, test execution, etc.
    - Support functional reporting requirements and drive continued improvements in automating reporting and analysis.
