    Requirements

    Sales Reporting Analyst
    - Generate sales performance reporting, such as monthly scorecards and similar formats. Work closely with the related functions to ensure accurate reporting and assignments.
    - Identification of trends in the reported data that are relevant to business performance development. Pro-actively highlight such trends and observations, including root cause analytics.
    - Develop and maintain a strong linkage between business performance, sales performance and commission / incentive payments. Develop the necessary tools to do so.
    - Develop and execute structural analyses such as sales performance in certain segments and categories, vertical markets, regions, countries etc.
    Follow through the drivers of sales and business performance and develop recommendations of how to influence them to support the growth goals of the business.
    - Support and drive the identification and implementation of process improvements as a key member of the global sales operations team.
    - Understand and get aligned with business priorities.
    Ad hoc analyses as needed.

    Responsibilities

    - Degree in finance/statistics/accounting/commerce (equivalent to Bachelor’s degree).
    - End user knowledge for ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Business Objects, BI and Hyperion.
    - Experience extracting data from multiple systems and translating into consolidated reporting to support strategic and tactical decisions.
    - Strong working knowledge in MS Office.
    - Fluent in English both verbal and written.
    - Strong financial analytical skills.
    - Continuous curiosity and drive to create competitive advantage for the business through in depth understanding of our business data.
    - Strong business acumen and mindset for growth, going beyond functional excellence in reporting and analytics.
    - Minimum of 5 years experience in dealing with sales related complex data.
    - Results orientation, self starter and self finisher. Ability to work under strict deadlines.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    - Additional qualifications such as MBA Finance, CPA, other professional courses in Finance.
    - Experience with Salesforce.com CRM tool.
    - Experience working with Microsoft Access.
    - Experience in developing and working with analytical tools.
    - Exposure to global customers.
    - Six Sigma skills.
    - Understanding of sales processes and organizational structures (e.g. direct sales, distribution sales, sales representatives)
    Background and experience in a technical b2b environment.
    - Understanding of the different types of sensors and switches products and position of an electronic component supplier in the value chain.
