    Requirements

    - Availability to work in shifts (service is 24x7)
    - Proficient in relevant computer applications (Internet explorer, Outlook, Microsoft Office);
    - Technical background & university
    - Organizational skills (organizing and leading meetings regarding major issues)
    - Fluent German, Advanced English
    - Event handling, Incident management skills
    - Problem solving and analysis skills
    It’s an advantage to have:
    - Experience with Nagios, HPOV, Cacti

    Responsibilities

    - Monitor servers and applications performance and availability and respond accordingly through service requests
    - Event Management (analyze alerts and logs)
    - Following pre-defined procedures and documentation to aid timely task resolution
    - Provide metrics for capacity management purposes
    - Batch execution
    - Create and update reports
    - Assists in the development of new environmental monitoring procedures, protocols
    - Event management and first level support of incidents
    - Tracking of tickets
    - Tracking of deployments
    - Moderation of technical conferences (major incidents) & escalation management
