    Requirements

    Education and Experience Required:

    - First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
    - Typically 2-3 years related experience in reporting, HR Administration, payroll etc.

    Knowledge and Skills Required:

    - Developed level of process knowledge and expertise in back-end processes.
    - Developed general Human Resources (HR) knowledge.
    - Excellent Excel knowledge and analytical ability
    - Good English skills
    - Good communications skills
    - Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
    - Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills
    - Strong customer orientation
    - Experience of working in a dynamic environment
    - Developed ability to use HR productivity tools, systems and applications.
    - Ability to work independently in a team environment and with guidance on more complex issues and decisions.
    - Complex company environment exposure is an asset

    Responsibilities

    - Utilizes the HR systems (e.g. Workday) and updates the information regarding the new employees
    - Preparing payroll data for the salary process
    - Providing assistance in regards to employees' HR Administration related questions or inquiries
    - Maintaining the employees files up to date
    - Prepares, updates all employment related changes in relation to the individual labor contract
    - In charge of all reporting activities related to HR Administration data
    - End to end process responsibility: on-boarding activities for new employees as well as employment termination/ exit activities
    - Prepares certificates requested by employees
